How to create and pay for a subscription?

1. This is what the subscription page will look like after you have completed the interview for your organization.

The sample image below shows subscription is selected with 50 active participants and the currency is CAD

2. Once you have clicked Submit Order, the subscription check out page will appear along with the details of your order and where you will need to input all the necessary and required fields(*). Once done simply click on subscribe.

3. If you have selected Pay as you go as your subscription type, you will be presented with similar steps but having the option to pay by invoice.

Note: 

If "Subscription" is selected , your credit card will be automatically billed every three months, at the discounted price.

If "Pay as you go" is selected , you will need to ensure that your subscription is paid within 30 days from time to prevent disruptions in service.
