Trying to set up a Corporate Account?
Step 1: (Not registered by Supervisor) You can create an account by visiting the Registration Page. After registering, fill out the required fields on the My Information page, including home address and the company/organization name.
Step 1: (Registered by Supervisor) You will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to the I-CAB site. Once logged in, fill out the required fields on the My Information page, including their home address and the company/organization name.
Step 2: Select an assessment by going to the Browse Assessments page. Only assessments pre-selected by your organization will be available in this section.
Step 3: Select the assessment most appropriate to your work environment, and click “Start Assessment”. If you have not updated your personal information in the last 60 days you will be taken to that page to verify your information, otherwise, you will be redirected to the My Assessments page where you will see the chosen assessment ready to begin.
Step 4: Before starting your first assessment, watch the suggested videos to prepare for the completion of your assessment. While optional, these videos are very helpful and informative and can be found in the Help menu in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 5: Ensure that you have a piece of Government issued identification nearby, as it will be required to begin the assessment. All assessments are proctored via webcam and speakers in order to ensure that the session is valid. An assessment can be completed in more than one session, but identity must be revalidated at the start of each new session.
Step 6: Once you have completed your assessment and received your results, please proceed to set up your development plan to further develop competency in areas where you may have performed less optimally.
