I-CAB Foundation works alongside CannAmm to create Drug and Alcohol Competency

I-CAB is continuing to grow the breadth of specialized assessments it offers by working with leaders in occupational health testing, CannAmm, to create the first drug and alcohol competency for the I-CAB platform.

The initiative comes in response to the demand for a drug and alcohol competency from I-CABs utilizing organizations across the many industrial sectors for which I-CAB provides assessments. CannAmm is a highly respected provider in the field of occupational health testing. With the creation of the assessment, and support in providing development reference material, it will be making its specialized knowledge and expertise available to all I-CAB utilizing organizations.

Questions for the competency are currently under development with subject matter experts at CannAmm, after which will then be subject to I-CAB’s standard rigorous vetting process before the drug and alcohol competency is deployed in the coming months.

The Drug and Alcohol competency represents an important new addition to the various number of specialist competencies currently available within I-CAB competency assessments, helping organizations in multiple industries and jurisdictions further assess and grow worker competency.
