In addition to the above information collected, I-CAB may also collect demographic and computer hardware/software information. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used by I-CAB for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the I-CAB site and application.
I-CAB encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from I-CAB so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information.

I-CAB will also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from I-CAB and its affiliates when you authorize us to do so.
I-CAB does not share, sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties and will not contact you without your express authorization.
I-CAB keeps track of the website pages and user visits in order to determine what I-CAB features are most utilized.
I-CAB websites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on I-CAB or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of I-CAB; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of I-CAB, or the public.
The I-CAB website use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize I-CAB pages, or register with I-CAB site or services, a cookie helps I-CAB to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, email address and so on. When you return to the same I-CAB website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the I-CAB features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the I-CAB services or websites you visit.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
I-CAB secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. I-CAB secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
SECURITY AND ONLINE ORDERING
We are PCI Compliant and have met the criteria for the PCI Data Security Standards.
We have adopted physical and technological processes and procedures to keep your personal information safe and secure. The personal information you provide when you establish an on-line account or place an online order is secured using Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") encryption technology. Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security. The I-CAB application and sites use SSL 256 bit encryption. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the internet to our hosted servers. Only when it reaches the I-CAB servers is your information decrypted and then stored on restricted access computers located at restricted access sites. We reveal only a portion of your credit card number when confirming an order. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and your computer.
I-CAB uses strict measures to protect the loss, misuse, abuse, and alteration of files stored on our internal and hosted servers. Our data and application is hosted using secured and private Enterprise Cloud Hosting using a leading Canadian application provider and data centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All data pertaining to I-CAB, its customers, assessments and assessment results is maintained on secured servers within Montreal, Quebec, Canada. No data is stored in the United States or outside the Canadian boundaries. The data center is protected by uninterruptible backup batteries and an industry standard diesel generator which will provide required power for about 7-10 days in case of disasters. The data centre is protected from unauthorized access through the use of access key cards or biometric scanning, 24/7/365 on-site security guards, dual interlocking door and tailgate-proof mantrap.
The provider has many security systems in place that monitor the integrity of the VPS, their networks, their user accounts and the operating systems and servers. In the event of unauthorized modification of any of the critical files, the server will be shutdown and the I-CAB administrator will be notified immediately. The provider has detailed logs of events that occur on the server at all times.
Passwords provided by I-CAB users upon registration or password change are encrypted using the hashing algorithm.
